ORDERING

Where can I order GabiAcademy DVD?
GabiAcademy DVD can be ordered at Amazon.com (coming soon), Amazon.uk.com (coming soon) and on Ebay.com. Regardless of which online seller you will use, the price will be the same.

Can I download the video for a tablet or a mobile device?
Download version of the video will be available soon on Amazon.com.

I don't want to order online, can I place my order over the phone or purchase the product in the retail store?
Unfortunately, most of the sales are managed online. Occasionally GabiAcademy will make ‘an appearance’ at a local event (check GabiAcademy Facebook page).


How long does it take for an order to be processed?
All orders will be processed within 48 hours if placed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm Easter Standard Time.

Will GabiAcademy DVD play in other countries?
Yes. We offer two formats: NTSC and PAL. NTSC format is shipped for all orders delivered to USA and Canada and PAL format is shipped for the rest of the countries.
If you wish to order DVD in a format that differs from the format suitable for country of delivery please contact us at support@gabiacademy.com.
DVD region: all regions worldwide (1,2,3,4,5,6).

What languages are available?
Currently GabiAcademy DVD is only available in Polish however Gabi the Bee works hard on other languages.

How can I cancel my order?
All orders can be cancelled as long as the product has not been shipped yet. There is a 48 hrs shipping and handling guideline however we strive to ship the product in less than 48 hrs.
If you purchased GabiAcademy product on Amazon (coming soon) please log on to your Amazon account and cancel your purchase as soon as possible. If we already shipped your purchase please follow the return process.

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my product to arrive?
Allow 48 hours for order processing during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8 am – 5 pm EST) and an additional 3-5 days for standard shipping within USA and Canada. For international shipping it can take between 5-18 days. GabiAcademy office is closed on weekends and national US holidays.
Expedited shipping is available.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We do ship internationally, which typically takes between 5-18 days from order processing. Expedited shipping is available.
We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping option with tracking. GabiAcademy is not responsible for lost or stolen mail shipped with standard international shipping method, as this service does not provide tracking information once the parcel has left the United States.
Please note that packages shipped internationally may be subject to additional customs taxes and duties. Each country customs office has different processing time and packages might be held for processing for an undisclosed amount of time. If you do not receive your shipment 20 days after order placement, we recommend contacting your local postal provider or customs department.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
No, unfortunately we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

How would I know that my order has been shipped?
Once your package has been dispatched for shipping you will receive an email to the address you have provided during checkout process.

What happens if my parcel is lost?
Each shipment has a tracking number. If you suspect that your shipment is lost please reach out to the postal provider to locate the shipment. At times local post offices might held the parcel at their facility for pick up.
GabiAcademy is not responsible for lost or stolen international mail shipped with standard international shipping method, as this service does not provide tracking information once the parcel has left the United States. We strongly recommend to purchase shipping option with tracking for international shipments.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
GabiAcademy products are 100% Money Back Guaranteed. All merchandise in original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the original cost. After 30 days, we offer credit only.

What should be my first step in the returning process?
Review the return process of the online seller you have purchased GabiAcademy product from.

I purchased GabiAcademy product at a local event. How can I return the item?
Contact us at support@gabiacademy.com before sending an item back and we will help you with your return. Do not ship the product before receiving a response from us.

What if I damaged the product, can I still return it?
Damaged items are not eligible for any type of refund.

Are shipping fees refundable?
Unfortunately original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes. All costs associated with returning the product are paid by the customer. GabiAcademy does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for exchanges or returns.

How long does it take to process a refund?
We will process the refund when the returned product is received and processed. GabiAcademy is not responsible for return packages not received or products damaged during return shipment. In order to prevent lost packages, we strongly recommend that you choose a delivery service with insurance and/or tracking and delivery confirmation.
